If you've been sorting stash tabs and checking old Diablo 4 Items before the next grind, the Season 14 PTR is worth watching. The 3.1.0 test ran from June 2 to June 9, and it doesn't feel like a tiny balance pass. Blizzard is testing Solo Self Found, Pandemonium Ruptures, Mythic Uniques 3.0, Tower rewards, War Plans, Cube recipes, and a lot of class tuning at once.

Pandemonium Ruptures Are The Main Loop
Pandemonium Ruptures are the new seasonal activity, and they sound pretty straightforward at first. Kill guardians near Death's Head Idols, open the rift, then keep the ritual alive by killing mobs and closing Tears. The longer you hold it, the better the payout. Normal Ruptures show up around the overworld, especially in Helltides. Surging Ruptures can replace Helltide events. Colossal Ruptures are the big ones, locked to the Fields of Desecration near Zarbinzet.

Realmwalkers And The Deathtoll Chamber
1. Normal Ruptures do not summon Realmwalkers.
2. Colossal Ruptures guarantee one after completion.

The New Boss Chase
That's where the loop gets teeth. Beat a Realmwalker and you open the Deathtoll Chamber, a one-room mini-dungeon with more Rupture action and better seasonal loot. It's also the best listed source for Betrayer's Husks, the material needed to open the Corrupted Reaper's Hoard on Torment I and above. The Corrupted Reaper sits at the Pandemonium Threshold in Zarbinzet during PTR testing, and after launch it's tied to the Season Campaign. If you're hunting Mythic Uniques, this boss is the big target.

Mythic Uniques Feel Very Different Now
Mythic is no longer just a rarity label. In Season 14, it becomes an item quality that can apply to Unique items. Any Unique can drop as Mythic, or be upgraded through the Horadric Cube using Pandemonium Fragments. Mythic Uniques get a 30% boost to their Unique Power, which is huge for build-defining pieces. Crafted Mythics have one key limit: you can equip only one crafted Mythic Unique. Naturally dropped Mythics can still stack alongside it, so lucky drops still matter a lot.

2. Tower rewards now track weekly leaderboard ranks.

Balance Changes Hit Almost Every Build
Class tuning is all over the place. Paladin gets big buffs to Zenith, Shield Charge, Heaven's Fury, and several item powers. Spiritborn loses Unstoppable from Armored Hide but gets some weapon buffs, while Pestilence and Infestation take hits. Warlock sees Command Valloch slowed down, yet Fiend of Abaddon and Terror Swarm get stronger. Base classes are busy too: Barbarian resource abuse is capped, Druid pet scaling is pulled back, Necro Corpse Explosion gets buffed, Rogue melee skills rise, and Sorcerer lightning scaling gets cleaned up.

Patch Confusion And What To Watch Next
The June 10 follow-up is messy on naming. One place calls it update 2.11, another calls it build 3.0.4 or update 1.111, but the listed fixes match. It tackles War Plan claim issues, Greed is Good portal bugs, Hellmouth Bloodwyrm damage, progression blockers, and Cube recycling problems that could eat socketed Gems or Runes. Before spending gold, mats, or browsing D4 items for sale, I'd wait for the post-PTR numbers, because a few of these builds could change fast.
